This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. The staff even helped care for my elderly parents during my first stay, which I remember fondly. Highly recommend it for a comfortable experience. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The balcony offered a stunning waterfront view, which truly enhanced our stay. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, as it felt fresh and inviting upon our arrival.
Some amenities we expected were not provided, which slightly affected our overall experience.

The location is great, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. However, the old building felt a bit noisy, and the bathroom could use better cleaning. Breakfast options were limited, but the views and nearby stores were convenient.

The location is killer with eateries like Abby's Legendary Pizza just a hop away! The room was clean with plenty of space for our crew, and the pool was a blast for the kids—just wish they'd let them be a bit rowdier!
But with the hot tub out of commission and some safety concerns due to unlocked doors, it felt a bit sketchy. Plus, dealing with only one TV channel for two nights was a bummer!

Comfortable beds and a clean room. The staff's rudeness at check-in was frustrating and unhelpful. We enjoyed the nice view of the bay from our patio. Don't rely on their breakfast. it's very limited.

Family with children expect better
The room was quite large and the AC kept it cool all night which was a relief after a long day. The staff was nice and upgraded our room when they saw I was dealing with some personal issues.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but I guess you get what you pay for, right?
